“The Revised Several Provisions of the Supreme People s Court on Evidence in Civil Proceedings” has refined the civil self admission, but there are no detailed provisions on the quasi self admission system. In judicial practice there exist the following problems: the transformation of civil litigation procedure model is not completed; the quasi self admission allowed in China s law system is single and simplex; the applied situations are not clearly defined; the interpretation of judges is not strictly limited, and so on. Therefore, the paper suggests that combing the current civil procedure system with the judicial practice in China and referring to the superiority of the relevant extraterritorial legislations can better refine the quasi self admission system in China.
