In implementing the new development concept and building a new development pattern, it is of great significance to promote the deep integration of digital economy and real economy for advancing the structural reform on the supply side, transforming the mode of economic development and achieving highquality economic development. Based on the framework of endogenous growth theory, this paper reveals the mechanism of accelerated development of digital economy driven by data elements, and exploratively demonstrates the broad space for the integrated development of Chinas digital economy and real economy. On this basis, focusing on toplevel design, data governance, data security, classification integration and human capital, this paper proposes countermeasures and recommendations to drive the deep integration of digital economy and real economy in the context of Chinas innovationdriven development strategy.

Using the two empirical analysis methods of location entropy and grey correlation, this paper studies the advantages of industrial agglomeration and the status quo of urban industrial structure layout in the Nanjing metropolitan area from two dimensions of industrial added value and the urban employed population. The results show that: the industrial structures of cities in Nanjing metropolitan area have the complementary property which has the following specific features: Nanjing and Zhenjiang have comparative advantages in the producer service sectors such as finance, scientific research and technical services, information transmission and computer services, and leasing and business services; Wuhu, Chuzhou, Maanshan, Changzhous Jintan and Liyang have industrial agglomeration advantages in the manufacturing industry sector; Xuancheng and Chuzhou have certain industrial agglomeration advantages in the sectors of agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery. Based on these, from the perspective of industrial integration in the Nanjing metropolitan area, the following suggestions are put forward: developing characteristic industries for every place according to local conditions, strengthening the synergistic development of manufacturing and producer services between different advantageous industrial regions, and further expanding the producer service industry simultaneously enhancing the added value of the manufacturing industry; building an industrial synergy development mechanism in the Nanjing metropolitan area, jointly building industrial parks, and strengthening cooperation between cities; improving the policy and legal system for guiding industrial synergy innovation, and clearly defining the rights and responsibilities of each participant.

As a new scientific and technological mode and way of thinking, the technical characteristics of the blockchain technology, such as openness, anonymity, decentralization and so on, are highly consistent with the openness and the transparency of public welfare development, the information security of public welfare platforms, and the effective and efficient implementation of public welfare processes. At present, the blockchain technology has been preliminarily applied in the field of public welfare in four aspects: donation, traceability, credit authentication and collaborative sharing, but there are still development constraints, such as the lack of legal guarantee system, the difficulty to prove and ensure the authenticity of offchain information, and the difficulty to verify offline materials and behavioral participation. Relying on the blockchain technology, the development suggestions of “blockchain + public welfare” are given from the aspects of perfecting the legal guarantee system, increasing the construction pace on big data, actively introducing the technology of Internet of things, weakening the concept of center management, reframing basic technology management, and so on.

As an emerging technology, the blockchain technology not only brings new opportunities for many fields, but also causes a series of legal risks. In order to achieve the deep integration of technology application and legal regulation and to effectively deal with the impact of new technology on existing legal regulation, this paper studies the unclear jurisdiction, the difficulty of accountability, the risk of data leakage, and so on problems caused by the decentralization of blockchain. According to the research conclusions, the following countermeasures are put forward: promote collaborative supervision and perfect the resolution mechanism of jurisdictional disputes; refine the management of user identity and establish the mechanism of responsibility identification; technological innovation and legal regulation jointly ensure data security and improve the ability to resist risks. It aims to solve the legal problems caused by the decentralization of blockchain to a certain extent, and promote the legal and compliant development of the blockchain.

Specialized correction education is an integral part of the national education system, which has the educational function of guaranteeing the right of minors to receive education. The purpose of both is to correct the wrongful behavior and prevent recidivism. In terms of the educational function, it is necessary to build a teaching system with psychological education and legal education as the core. In the realization of the judicial function, it is necessary to clarify the applicable objects of specialized correctional education, carry out judicial reform to the initiation procedure, and explore the development path of the communalization of specialized correction education, so as to realize the unity of isolation and openness. “The Revised Several Provisions of the Supreme People s Court on Evidence in Civil Proceedings” has refined the civil self admission, but there are no detailed provisions on the quasi self admission system. In judicial practice there exist the following problems: the transformation of civil litigation procedure model is not completed; the quasi self admission allowed in China s law system is single and simplex; the applied situations are not clearly defined; the interpretation of judges is not strictly limited, and so on. Therefore, the paper suggests that combing the current civil procedure system with the judicial practice in China and referring to the superiority of the relevant extraterritorial legislations can better refine the quasi self admission system in China.

China has entered an aging society, and the weakening of traditional family pension functions for the elderly care has made the problem increasingly prominent in rural areas. In recent years, the related researches on the rural mutualsupport to the elderly care have shown a trend of rapid growth, and extensive research has been carried out on the necessity, influencing factors and countermeasures for its development. The existing researches on the operation mode of rural mutualsupport to the elderly care mainly focus on the three categories: “Time Bank” mutualsupport, neighborhood mutualsupport, and happiness home mutualsupport. The operation difficulties and optimization strategies in financing channels and methods, service types and quality, and policy support and supervision mechanism of rural mutualsupport to the elderly care are also the focus of academic research.

With the population aging increasingly serious, during the “14th Five Year Plan” period China has proposed to implement an active aging national strategy. Based on CGSS2017 data, the influencing factors of the participation behavior of the elderly in basic endowment insurance are explored by constructing a Binary Logistic Regression model. The research results show that: Among the individual characteristics, household registration has a significant impact on promoting the insurance participation behavior of the elderly, and personal annual income is negatively correlated with the insurance participation behavior of the elderly; in terms of family characteristics, family economic level and the number of children will influence the participation behavior of the elderly; in terms of social attitude, whether the elderly trust the society and whether they purpose commercial endowment insurance will not have a significant impact on their participation in the insurance, while whether the basic medical insurance is insured or not has a significant impact on the participation behavior of the elderly. According to the research conclusions, the government should start from the individual, and social characteristics of the elderly comprehensively to investigate and make up for deficiencies, make targeted efforts, strengthen policy publicity, focus on vulnerable groups, and coordinate resources from all parties and to deal with the challenge brought by aging.

With distinctive time features in its language policy, Malaysia respects the status of Malay as the national language and gradually attaches importance to English and Chinese concerning economic factors. In order to promote Sino Malaysian cooperation under the background of the Belt and Road Initiative, the foreign language planning catering to different fields should be vigorously promoted and the service ability of the language industry should be further improved. Also, it is important to grasp the new opportunities of international spread of Chinese language along the Belt and Road, to support Chinese language teaching in Malaysia, so as to boost the language connectivity and people connectivity of Sino Malaysian cooperation.

Specifically, the differences in topographical space reflect social distance and value pursuit. Chronotopical space displays characters  complex characteristics and emphasizes the power of family ties by means of synchronic and diachronic narration. And different levels of details, narrative orders, and narrative perspectives in textual space enhance the tension of space narrative. In addition, the themetic implications, such as social conflicts and pursuit of self, are also highlighted in the process of space narration of a novel.

The unique textual and graphic narrative relationship of picture books makes it different from other artistic forms, which is not passive acceptance but a relationship of two way communication between picture books and readers. The words and pictures cooperate with each other through their different narrative methods to form logical sequence of time and space in picture books, creating a continuous and appropriate narrative order, so that readers can quickly enter the narrative space preset by the creators. The connotation of words and the representation of pictures will form an intertextual relationship in which words and pictures mirror each other, which is in line with the reader’s aesthetic experience and the current reading context, thereby prompting the rapid generation of the meaning of symbols. In the intertextual relationship, readers interact with the present in the form of actual experience and memory, and finally the cultural spirit carried by picture books is internalized into the underlying identity of readers so as to complete the construction of meaning.

Based on the relevant data information of the expenditure in general higher education in the Yangtze River Delta region from 2015 to 2019, this paper makes a comparative analysis of absolute indexes on the investment funds in general higher education to all the places of the Yangtze River Delta from two aspects: the national fiscal input in general higher education, and the public budgetary expenditure on general higher education for per student, and also makes a comparative analysis of relative indexes on the proportion to GDP for national fiscal expenditure in general higher education in the Yangtze River Delta region and the stability of each indicator. The research results show that the governments share in the cost of higher education in the Yangtze River Delta has been wholly on the rise in five years, but there is a big gap of expenditure invested by the government of the three provinces and one city for general higher education. In order to promote the coordinated development of higher education in the Yangtze River Delta region, the government should strengthen expenditure management of general higher education, actively guide social donations, and vigorously push the sharing of higher education resources.

The coupling and coordination relationship between agricultural modernization and agricultural greening development is of great significance to the healthy and sustainable development of agriculture. Constructing the evaluation index system of agricultural modernization and agricultural greening development, this paper analyzes the internal coupling relationship between agricultural modernization and agricultural greening development in 13 prefecture-level cities of Jiangsu province in 2010, 2015 and 2019 by using entropy weight method and coupling and coordination model. The results show that: There are obvious differences in agricultural modernization and agricultural greening development among cities in Jiangsu province, and the overall level of agricultural greening development is better than the development level of agricultural modernization; The level of agricultural greening development in northern and central Jiangsu is relatively good, and the development of agricultural modernization is relatively weak. Therefore, there are development constraints between agricultural modernization and agricultural greening development. In the future, Jiangsu needs to pay attention to the coupling relationship between greening and industrialization in the process of agricultural modernization, construct a management system and data monitoring system for the whole agricultural process, and stress the precise implementation of the coupling and coordination between agricultural modernization and agricultural greening development.

Developing green agriculture, as the only way to achieve sustainable agriculture development in China, has become a more concerned issue in the academic circles. Research and analysis of the current domestic and foreign green agriculture research status, research hotspots, development trends and other issues are of great significance to the research on green agriculture development. Using the full-text database of academic journals of China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) as the source of statistical data, the bibliometrics method is used for related research papers on green agriculture development to analyze the annual number of published papers, cited papers, main research institutions, published journals and the main themes distribution, so as to study and judge the research trend of green agriculture development. The results show that: The publication volume of the related documents of green agriculture is generally on the rise, especially after 2016, the research on green agriculture in our country has increased significantly; There is a large gap in the number of articles published by various research institutions and journals; The current domestic research themes focus on sustainable agriculture development such as green agriculture and green agriculture development.

Taking the demand trend of supply chain talents in Jiangsu province as the research object,based on the current situation of supply chain talents, this paper forecasts the talents demand of supply chain in Jiangsu province by using the grey forecasting model, and analyzes the demand trend. Finally, the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from five aspects: system mechanism, environmental construction, personnel training, platform construction and structure adjustment for the development of supply chain talents in Jiangsu province under the new development pattern.

From the perspective of the input of smart production materials in agricultural production activities, a kind of research method to measure the development level of smart agriculture is provided based on the input-output model. And based on the OECD database, this paper measured and analyzed the development level of smart agriculture in 25 major economies of the world including China, from 2000 to 2018. It is found that the method proposed to measure the level of smart agriculture can break the limitation of index system evaluation method, and has better scientificity and feasibility. Regardless of level or speed, the development of smart agriculture in various economies shows significant differences. Overall, the level of smart agriculture in middle-income economies generally lagged behind that of high-income economies, and the gap was still widening. In recent years, China's level of smart agriculture development has improved rapidly, taking the leading position among middle-income economies. However, there is still a big gap compared with high-income economies, and the utilization efficiency of smart production materials is relatively low.

High-level research universities, scientific research institutes and leading enterprises in science and technology as important subjects of national strategic scientific and technological forces should face the needs of the country and give play to the advantages of multi-agent cooperation to promote organized scientific research and continuously strengthen the national strategic capacity in science and technology. In today's population aging increasing and strong demand for old-age care, community home-based old-age care has become the preferred way for the elderly, as well as building an elderly-friendly community has become an important implementation way to improve the happiness of the elderly. There are some development dilemmas for us to construct elderly-friendly communities in environmental construction, subject coordination, elderly service supply, digital application, and so on, which have potentially affected construction results. It is necessary to break through the predicament by promoting the renovation of communities suitable for aging, establishing a multi-agent collaborative mechanism, improving the supply level of community elderly care services, and strengthening the efficiency of community construction and the digital literacy of the elderly, in order to realize the benign development of the elderly-friendly community.

Based on the theoretical and practical achievements in the training of young teachers at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the current situation and the problems of training young teachers in application-oriented undergraduate universities in China. In view of the problems existing in training young teachers, this paper points out application-oriented undergraduate universities should establish the training objectives of “four-promotion” in the training of young teachers, formulate the training plan with “three-stage”, establish a training method in “1+N” combining various forms, build up a training course system with “four-module and two-combination”, and construct the training models of the integration of industry and education and the cooperation of school-enterprise. At the same time, in order to provide guarantees and services in the training of young teachers, application-oriented undergraduate universities should sound the training system and assessment mechanism for young teachers, establish three major network service platforms in the training of young teachers, and increase fund investment for training young teachers.

From the perspective of literary geography, the paper combs the relationship between the distribution of spatial images and their symbolic themes in Wang Anshi's Jinling poems. As a complex psychological energy, Wang Anshi's Jinling complex can be explored from five dimensions: family, history, politics, religion and nature.

In the early Ming Dynasty, the activity of poetry communications and interaction between the emperor and ministers was very popular, showing the characteristics with many participants, numerous times, long periods of time, grand scenes and the emperor playing a major role. This kind of activity is not only a cultural activity, but also has distinct political characteristics: On the surface, the emperor, Zhu Yuanzhang who had the dominant role, highly praised the harmony between the ruler and ministers, but in fact the emperor intended to establish the image of a holy emperor; Out of the need to pursue ideals, offer advice to the ruler, and boost the style of writing, the ministers, mainly scholars as the main body, also actively participated in these activities. The emperor and ministers had different goals and positions, but they jointly composed the “flourishing literature” in the early Ming Dynasty, which also caused many strange phenomena from these activities. Through the activities of poetry communications and interaction, the emperor Zhu Yuanzhang consolidated imperial power and implemented cultural reforms. After the thirteenth year of Emperor Hongwu of Ming Dynasty, changes in the political environment created objective restrictions on the activities and the abolition of the prime minister system made the internal logic of the activity unreasonable, the activity eventually died out.
