  In implementing the new development concept and building a new development pattern, it is of great significance to promote the deep integration of digital economy and real economy for advancing the structural reform on the supply side, transforming the mode of economic development and achieving highquality economic development. Based on the framework of endogenous growth theory, this paper reveals the mechanism of accelerated development of digital economy driven by data elements, and exploratively demonstrates the broad space for the integrated development of Chinas digital economy and real economy. On this basis, focusing on toplevel design, data governance, data security, classification integration and human capital, this paper proposes countermeasures and recommendations to drive the deep integration of digital economy and real economy in the context of Chinas innovationdriven development strategy.

  Is the Industrial Structure Complementary Between Cities of Nanjing Metropolitan Area? an Empirical Study Based on the Evaluation of Industrial Synergy Degree

  Using the two empirical analysis methods of location entropy and grey correlation, this paper studies the advantages of industrial agglomeration and the status quo of urban industrial structure layout in the Nanjing metropolitan area from two dimensions of industrial added value and the urban employed population. The results show that: the industrial structures of cities in Nanjing metropolitan area have the complementary property which has the following specific features: Nanjing and Zhenjiang have comparative advantages in the producer service sectors such as finance, scientific research and technical services, information transmission and computer services, and leasing and business services; Wuhu, Chuzhou, Maanshan, Changzhous Jintan and Liyang have industrial agglomeration advantages in the manufacturing industry sector; Xuancheng and Chuzhou have certain industrial agglomeration advantages in the sectors of agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery. Based on these, from the perspective of industrial integration in the Nanjing metropolitan area, the following suggestions are put forward: developing characteristic industries for every place according to local conditions, strengthening the synergistic development of manufacturing and producer services between different advantageous industrial regions, and further expanding the producer service industry simultaneously enhancing the added value of the manufacturing industry; building an industrial synergy development mechanism in the Nanjing metropolitan area, jointly building industrial parks, and strengthening cooperation between cities; improving the policy and legal system for guiding industrial synergy innovation, and clearly defining the rights and responsibilities of each participant.

  As a new scientific and technological mode and way of thinking, the technical characteristics of the blockchain technology, such as openness, anonymity, decentralization and so on, are highly consistent with the openness and the transparency of public welfare development, the information security of public welfare platforms, and the effective and efficient implementation of public welfare processes. At present, the blockchain technology has been preliminarily applied in the field of public welfare in four aspects: donation, traceability, credit authentication and collaborative sharing, but there are still development constraints, such as the lack of legal guarantee system, the difficulty to prove and ensure the authenticity of offchain information, and the difficulty to verify offline materials and behavioral participation. Relying on the blockchain technology, the development suggestions of “blockchain + public welfare” are given from the aspects of perfecting the legal guarantee system, increasing the construction pace on big data, actively introducing the technology of Internet of things, weakening the concept of center management, reframing basic technology management, and so on.

  As an emerging technology, the blockchain technology not only brings new opportunities for many fields, but also causes a series of legal risks. In order to achieve the deep integration of technology application and legal regulation and to effectively deal with the impact of new technology on existing legal regulation, this paper studies the unclear jurisdiction, the difficulty of accountability, the risk of data leakage, and so on problems caused by the decentralization of blockchain. According to the research conclusions, the following countermeasures are put forward: promote collaborative supervision and perfect the resolution mechanism of jurisdictional disputes; refine the management of user identity and establish the mechanism of responsibility identification; technological innovation and legal regulation jointly ensure data security and improve the ability to resist risks. It aims to solve the legal problems caused by the decentralization of blockchain to a certain extent, and promote the legal and compliant development of the blockchain.

  The Dual Functions of Specialized Correction Education and Its Realization

  Specialized correction education is an integral part of the national education system, which has the educational function of guaranteeing the right of minors to receive education. At the same time, as part of the judicial system for juveniles, specialized correction education has replaced the original system of detaining for reeducation, and the application to juveniles who have committed crimes has a certain mandatory and punitive nature, which has a judicial function. The education function is the foundation, and the judicial function is an important guarantee for the realization of the educational function. The purpose of both is to correct the wrongful behavior and prevent recidivism. In terms of the educational function, it is necessary to build a teaching system with psychological education and legal education as the core. In the realization of the judicial function, it is necessary to clarify the applicable objects of specialized correctional education, carry out judicial reform to the initiation procedure, and explore the development path of the communalization of specialized correction education, so as to realize the unity of isolation and openness. Meanwhile, teachers should be given the right to punish, and the right should be defined the boundaries.

  “The Revised Several Provisions of the Supreme People s Court on Evidence in Civil Proceedings” has refined the civil self admission, but there are no detailed provisions on the quasi self admission system. In judicial practice there exist the following problems: the transformation of civil litigation procedure model is not completed; the quasi self admission allowed in China s law system is single and simplex; the applied situations are not clearly defined; the interpretation of judges is not strictly limited, and so on. Therefore, the paper suggests that combing the current civil procedure system with the judicial practice in China and referring to the superiority of the relevant extraterritorial legislations can better refine the quasi self admission system in China.

  China has entered an aging society, and the weakening of traditional family pension functions for the elderly care has made the problem increasingly prominent in rural areas. In recent years, the related researches on the rural mutualsupport to the elderly care have shown a trend of rapid growth, and extensive research has been carried out on the necessity, influencing factors and countermeasures for its development. The existing researches on the operation mode of rural mutualsupport to the elderly care mainly focus on the three categories: “Time Bank” mutualsupport, neighborhood mutualsupport, and happiness home mutualsupport. The operation difficulties and optimization strategies in financing channels and methods, service types and quality, and policy support and supervision mechanism of rural mutualsupport to the elderly care are also the focus of academic research.

  A Study on the Influencing Factors of the Participation Behavior of Basic Endowment Insurance for the Elderly: an Empirical Analysis Based on CGSS2017 Data

  With the population aging increasingly serious, during the “14th Five Year Plan” period China has proposed to implement an active aging national strategy. Based on CGSS2017 data, the influencing factors of the participation behavior of the elderly in basic endowment insurance are explored by constructing a Binary Logistic Regression model. The research results show that: Among the individual characteristics, household registration has a significant impact on promoting the insurance participation behavior of the elderly, and personal annual income is negatively correlated with the insurance participation behavior of the elderly; in terms of family characteristics, family economic level and the number of children will influence the participation behavior of the elderly; in terms of social attitude, whether the elderly trust the society and whether they purpose commercial endowment insurance will not have a significant impact on their participation in the insurance, while whether the basic medical insurance is insured or not has a significant impact on the participation behavior of the elderly. According to the research conclusions, the government should start from the individual, and social characteristics of the elderly comprehensively to investigate and make up for deficiencies, make targeted efforts, strengthen policy publicity, focus on vulnerable groups, and coordinate resources from all parties and to deal with the challenge brought by aging.

  From the perspective of language ecology and language policy, this paper analyzes the language ecology of Malaysia, and discusses the language policy of Malaysia from the facets of status planning, corpus planning and acquisition planning. It is found that Malaysia boasts the diversified development of language resources. With distinctive time features in its language policy, Malaysia respects the status of Malay as the national language and gradually attaches importance to English and Chinese concerning economic factors. In order to promote Sino Malaysian cooperation under the background of the Belt and Road Initiative, the foreign language planning catering to different fields should be vigorously promoted and the service ability of the language industry should be further improved. Also, it is important to grasp the new opportunities of international spread of Chinese language along the Belt and Road, to support Chinese language teaching in Malaysia, so as to boost the language connectivity and people connectivity of Sino Malaysian cooperation.

  Little Fires Everywhere is a novel with prominent space narrative effects. Based on Gabriel Zoran s theory of space in narrative, this paper is intended to analyze the space narrative of the novel from the topographical, chronotopic, and textual levels. Specifically, the differences in topographical space reflect social distance and value pursuit. Chronotopical space displays characters  complex characteristics and emphasizes the power of family ties by means of synchronic and diachronic narration. And different levels of details, narrative orders, and narrative perspectives in textual space enhance the tension of space narrative. In addition, the themetic implications, such as social conflicts and pursuit of self, are also highlighted in the process of space narration of a novel.

  The Graphic and Textual Narration and the Meaning Construction of Picture Books

  The unique textual and graphic narrative relationship of picture books makes it different from other artistic forms, which is not passive acceptance but a relationship of two way communication between picture books and readers. The words and pictures cooperate with each other through their different narrative methods to form logical sequence of time and space in picture books, creating a continuous and appropriate narrative order, so that readers can quickly enter the narrative space preset by the creators. The connotation of words and the representation of pictures will form an intertextual relationship in which words and pictures mirror each other, which is in line with the reader’s aesthetic experience and the current reading context, thereby prompting the rapid generation of the meaning of symbols. In the intertextual relationship, readers interact with the present in the form of actual experience and memory, and finally the cultural spirit carried by picture books is internalized into the underlying identity of readers so as to complete the construction of meaning.

  A Comparative Research on the Higher Education Costs Shared by the Government in the Yangtze River Delta: Analysis Based on Data from 2015 to 2019

  Based on the relevant data information of the expenditure in general higher education in the Yangtze River Delta region from 2015 to 2019, this paper makes a comparative analysis of absolute indexes on the investment funds in general higher education to all the places of the Yangtze River Delta from two aspects: the national fiscal input in general higher education, and the public budgetary expenditure on general higher education for per student, and also makes a comparative analysis of relative indexes on the proportion to GDP for national fiscal expenditure in general higher education in the Yangtze River Delta region and the stability of each indicator. The research results show that the governments share in the cost of higher education in the Yangtze River Delta has been wholly on the rise in five years, but there is a big gap of expenditure invested by the government of the three provinces and one city for general higher education. In order to promote the coordinated development of higher education in the Yangtze River Delta region, the government should strengthen expenditure management of general higher education, actively guide social donations, and vigorously push the sharing of higher education resources.

  Du Mu has a deep connection with today s Yangtze River Delta, who had official careers in Xuancheng, Yangzhou, Chizhou, Muzhou, Huzhou, and other places. There are no less than 150 pieces of works created or sourced from this region, and these exquisite works enrich the poetic connotation of the Road of Tang Poetry in the Yangtze River Delta, which have formed a series of dazzling characteristic landscapes. The poetic landscape schema of “Jiangnan Spring Quatrains” occupies a programmatic position in Du Mu s works of describing Jiangnan s landscape poems; The description of “parting melancholy in spring” from females embodies the poets deep feelings of “sadness for spring” and “sadness for farewell”; The question of “who is the master of the country?” is thought provoking, and Du Mus materials used in the poems of chanting history and nostalgia created or sourced from the Yangtze River Delta have media functions such as structuring landscapes, expressing life emotions, and expressing historical views. The research achievement of this paper has certain practical value for the mass cultural entrepreneurship and innovation in the new era, and for the integration development of culture and tourism.
